Spencer, John M. (John Montgomery), 1833-1863
Variant namesJohn Montgomery Spencer was born in Alabama on 17 Feb. 1833. A Confederate soldier, he was wounded at the Battle of Gettysburg on 3 July 1865 and died two days later on 5 July 1863.
